		    Block dates is press date (seedless) in different size from 100g to  1,000g, to order customers. 
		    Fresh  Dates (Bulk / Retail)
		    Available with or without seeds, these dates are used as table dates and  as ingredients for baking and other commercial uses.
		    Industrial
		    These dates are composed of different types of similar dates that are  used for making date paste and other industrial uses.
		    Chopped  Dates
		    Chopped dates is the phrase date slash. This type has different size, 6x6  mm 8x8 mm 10x10 mm.
		    Diced  Dates                                                       
		     These are available in 3/8” or 3/16” cubed  pieces, diced dates are relatively uniform in size and lightly coated with oat  flour or dextrose (or other Anti-caking material) to keep the particles  separate and free flowing. Diced dates are used in cereals and in baked  products such as cakes, breads, muffins, pies and cookies. 
		    Macerated  Dates
		     One  of the most versatile items in the date product line, macerated dates contains  no pits and has excellent flavor and texture. They are a natural sweetener and  their high natural sugar content helps to maintain product freshness through  its hygroscopic properties. Macerated dates generally need refrigerated storage  due to the fruit has a high moisture content. They work well in breads and  cakes when large pieces of fruit are desired to show in the finish product.  Macerated dates can also be used as the main ingredient in confections combined  with nuts and fruits, such as date almond rolls, date coconut rolls and date  chocolate clusters. They can also be made into date paste and used as a base  for baking or in beverages such as date shakes.
		    Date Paste
		     Date  paste is prepared from macerated dates, which are finely ground and extruded  through a fine screen. Mild and sweet, date paste can be used alone, or in  combination with other ingredients as a filling for cookies, snack bars, baked  foods, confections and cereals. Use date paste as a natural sweetener or  substitute for added sugar. The paste’s natural sugar content helps to maintain  product freshness through its hygroscopic properties. Date paste can also be  extruded or formed into date “morsels” for healthful snack products. It can be  formed with a wide variety of enhancers, including nuts, spices, and bran and  while grains to provide a protein, fiber and mineral rich snack.
